Landry had been up since about 4:45 this morning which isn't unusual for him. Usually he has his cereal around 7:15 and then will take a nap around 8. He was a bit more tired this morning and when I put him in the high chair, he went sleep! What was cute was that he was still taking his cereal and I kept giving it so that he might nap longer!

Genius in progress
I gave this toy to Landry for the first time and promptly took video because he figured it out right way...not sure what this means but the wheels are definitely turning :)
Ready to travel
Landry is so close to crawling and when he does, I will be exhausted because he will be into everything!
Big Boy Bathtub
Landry could no longer fit in the infant tub so he's been moved to the inflatable duck tub and he even looks a bit big for this. I predict he will be in the tub with Mariella very soon!
A Beautiful Ballerina
Mariella began dance class last week. She was so excited to wear her leotard, ballet and tap shoes! Completing the class was a different story...she left crying after twenty minutes saying her head hurt but I had my doubts. So we switched to a different day and tried it again. This time she ate two pieces of Mommy's magic medicine which take all the scaries away (otherwise known as Lifesavers.) How did she fair? She had a wonderful time twirling and tapping!
Mariella's 3rd Birthday!
Mariella had a great Backyardigans themed birthday party complete with Kelly Jo the clown and her friends from school. One of the pictures shows balloons of each of the Backyardigans characters which surrounded her bed to protect her from snakes, bugs, bumblebees and whatever else she thinks of to tell her Daddy that she's scared of before bedtime :)
Princess boots
Mariella asked Daddy if she could help him do the yard work. Of course she had to properly outfit herself...cinderella t-shirt, princess necklace, and pink princess snow boots!
